Many people ask me, "How can I lose weight and start getting healthy?" My answer has become, drink more water! Did you know that 75% of Americans are suffering from dehydration? Third, it helps flush toxins from your body. And finally, you will feel more awake and less tired throughout the day. These are just some examples of the benefits of being hydrated.

Recently, we have noticed one company in particular that has become very aggressive in their marketing and recruiting efforts and we feel it needs to be addressed. According to the USDA, people who are most successful at losing weight and keeping it off track their intake regularly.
