Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin, CEO Craig talked about our partnership this year with Mentors in Motion. He explained the program to the audience emphasizing that this program is an opportunity to share your journey to living a healthier lifestyle with a child. About the Mentors in Motion Program: Mentors in Motion is a community-based program that provide Bigs and Littles opportunities to build impactful relationships while participating in recreational activities. The focus of this program is on creating awareness and growing interest in active and healthy lifestyles. Bigs and Littles who participate in this program are asked to participate in at least 3 hours of physical activity per month. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin will work with area partners to host at least 3 activities per month for Mentors in Motion matches. Jennifer Joswiak Jennifer Joswiak is an Eau Claire native who has overcome obstacle after obstacle. Her weight has been a challenge since she was a child. At the age of 15, Jennifer was in a serious car accident that resulted in a partial amputation of her left arm. Years later, Jennifer found herself in an abuse relationship and her weight skyrocketed. By her own doing, Jennifer decided it was time to take care of herself and become healthy and happy. Her story touched many and Jennifer is proof that you can live the life you want. Jennifer has agreed to be available via email for questions from and motivation for Challenge Participants. Email Jennifer. Lisa Rambo Lisa Rambo graced our stage at the February Health Seminar. As many of you know, Lisa was a contestant on Season 14 of The Biggest Loser. If you have never heard Lisa speak before, make sure to attend an event where she is speaking about her story. Lisa is truly an inspiration to all.
